7-9-04 I am excited to be back with the USIBL. We are trying to make this league to where it will be fun and exciting. With everyone starting at a '83' Overall Player Rating, the teams and players will all be (and remain)much more competitive, which should make the league more balanced and have a lot more parity throughout.

Do the ASSIGNMENTS and the COMMISH SPECIALS if you want to improve your individual players during TRAINING CAMP and the PRE-SEASON. There is a schedule on the message board for what work is coming up.
ZAC & I have placed all the players that you guys have created to this point into the SIM Game. We have played some games using various created players and it has been very interesting and exciting to see how each one plays a little differently. THIS IS GOING TO BE GREAT! When we get all the teams together and are able to have the draft and start the season, it will be fun to see "YOUR CREATED PLAYERS" and the skills and talents that you have given them.
