Trish's tips to staying healthy



-Eat 5-6 small, balanced meals a day about 3-4 hours apart.
-From the list of sources, choose 1 protein source and 1 carbohydrate source - that's 1 "meal"
-Drink lots of water - Keeps your system hydrated and flushes it out. I drink at least 1.5 - 3 L of water.
-Take good quality supplements to ensure your nutritional intake is properly balanced.
-Avoid any refined or processed foods.
-Have a cheat day on occasion. It's okay to have a cheat once in a while, use it as a reward or on special occasions, the last thing you ever want to feel is deprived.
