3 MONTH CASHOUT TOURNAMENT POSTPONED TO BEGINNING OF NEW YEAR

The much anticipated 3 month long cashout tournament is set to begin next year. The tournament will consist of the best players in the OTCP. The entry fee is $15 and all of the money will go to the person that won the most money in the three month span. The last possible game will be on Friday, April 1st 2005, giving the players 90 days to play for the big prize. Each player must play a minimum of 8 cashout games to be eligible for the grand prize.
MATT LUTZ BREAKS BOB VELLA'S $5 CASHOUT RECORD
December 3, 2004 - $5 Cashout
All the stars were aligned for Matt Lutz Friday night at Bob Vella's house. After buying back in twice, putting him down $9, Matt took down the man who held the $5 Cashout record, Bob Vella, both having a pair of queens, but Lutz with the higher kicker. Next was John Ernest, who at the time was up about $40. The Book just went to work on Ernest, ending his incredible run, with a straight taking all of Ernest's money. Bill Christie was the only other man to win money, winning $9, cashing out early. Matt Lutz after admitted it was luck, but as Mike Zane said "You can't miss it everytime". John Ernest, who had won a big tournament a couple weeks back, didn't seem to be fazed by the remarkable comeback.
