Shipping/Delivery
1. We check mail and submit orders on a daily basis. Once we get your order, it begins the processing period. This may be just a few days or it could be a couple weeks. So you SHOULD recieve your products in about a week and a half, however, some factors may play a big role so PLEASE ALLOW 10-14 business days to receive the merchandise.
2. High school jerseys are always shipped by USPS. Shoes are shipped by either USPS or TNT.
3. We only place/process orders on business days. (Monday-Friday)
4. We can ship to APO addresses, PO boxes, etc.!
United States Customs
If the united states customs seize your shoes, we can not do anything about it. Customs does not have the right to seize your shoes because our shoes are not exact copies like other sites. Our shoes do not violate copyright laws like other sites.
However, we do not have control over the US customs. If you feel insecure about your shoes being taken. Please don't order from us, but on the other hand, any other site selling factory variants shoes can also be seized.
Return Policy
1. No exchanges on sneakers after they have already been shipped out unless the error was on our part.
2. NO REFUNDS ON ANY ORDERS PLACED.
3. All sales are final; ask questions before ordering to prevent any problems.
4. Unacceptable reasons for an exchange: colors of the shoes are darker/lighter than pictured, shoes had minor color differences from the picture, shoes do not fit (see below for more info), I would rather have a different shoe. · Customers are required to email us within 3 days of recieving their products if they need to make an exchange. · No refunds on any orders placed.
