YOU DON'T HAVE TO SPEND A LOT OF MONEY FOR EXCELLENT LEGAL REPRESENTATION My job is to provide you with the best counsel I can at a fair price. Under most circumstances I will meet with you for an initial consultation or have a telephone consultation where we discuss what if any kind of legal assistance you need. At or after our consultation I will assess the amount of work that will be necessary to represent you. I will then present you with a retainer agreement that will state the charges for my representation along with information about the services that I will provide you. You can review the retainer agreement and if you agree to hire me we will both sign the agreement. |
Please note that most all of the work I do is for a flat fee which is the same for all clients for example, here is a list of fees that I charge along with the corresponding service: Deed Preparation $100.00 Mortgage & Note Preparation $75.00 - $150.00 (Large volume clients will pay a reduced fee) Postponement of Mortgage $75.00 Residential Purchase/Sale Contract Preparation/Review $150.00 - $250.00 New Home Construction Contract Review $225.00 Notary Services FREE Witness closing $90.00 - $350.00 (fee depends on distance, time of day, volume of business, vendor pricing policy) Residential Lease Preparation $175.00 Commercial Lease Review and/or Preparation $250.00 - $350.00 (depending upon length, difficulty of negotiations Municipal Court Appearance $500.00 Lease-purchase/Option to Purchase Agreements $250.00 |
"Discourage litigation. Persuade your neighbors to compromise whenever you can. Point out to them how the nominal winner is often a real loser—in fees, expenses, and waste of time. As a peacemaker the lawyer has a superior opportunity of being a good man. There will still be business enough."
- Abraham Lincoln U.S. president.
