Help With Hair Cuts

As silly as it may sound to some, it’s a real expense to a large family. Hair cuts are no longer a four dollar thing.

Training schools that teach beauticians usually offer low rate hair cuts from their students in training. If you cant get to these places (no gas money, let alone vehicle) then maybe you know someone who has a relative who cuts hair on the side.

If all else fails, borrow a book from the library and learn the basic cuts.
