Report It On
Their Credit Report and DMV Records

Yeah man
The “It takes two” mentality;

It takes one to stalk,
One to harass,
And one to kill...period
ONE

Thank God that old (and STUPID) mentality is dying out
Yeah man

CREDIT REPORT INFO

YOURS In New Jersey, you are entitled to ONE FREE copy of your Credit Report, per agency per year. Call consumer affairs to see what your states laws are. TO REQUEST IT: Simply call each one to request it or request it via in writing. OR click on the link (on the home page) that says forms to print out.

It is my understanding that there are three (3) primary credit reporting companies. I have listed all three I am aware of here.

In any case, you may want confirmation; ask for it
(proof sent to you that it was indeed placed on the offenders record).

THREE PRIMARY CREDIT REPORT AGENCIES

  • EQUIFAX- (800) 685-1111; www.equifax.com

DEAD BEAT REPORTS Most states today have laws to have Child Support Arrears amounts (after all, it IS a debt) reported on the DEADBEAT PARENTS credit report. The amount it has to be, in order to do this, may vary state to state, so check your state laws or ask your child support case worker. You can also find out the amount required from any government agency (or they can point you in the right direction).

Having the large debt due on the offenders credit report; This helps to stop the offender of making large purchases (such as auto loans, home loans, new credit card accounts opening up, etc).

REPORT deadbeats debt to THEIR credit reports

If these credit reporting agencies will not allow you to report it
(for some of their employee's may not be informed of the proper facts-violation of FCRA [court orders]), report it to:
    Federal Trade Commission - CRC
    600 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW
    Washington, DC 20580
Or dial, 877-FTC-Help for telephone assistance

    DRIVING RECORDS

Its public records. Most states have laws where if the offender is pulled over or tags run, any warrants are listed and they are immediately arrested. Check your state (or rather their state) laws. You may want to find out how you can have any active arrest or bench warrants on their driving records as well. It may be a good idea to send a request it be put on the DMV records just to make sure its in place; people do make errors and type o's...so its possible it has not even been placed on the offenders record yet.

You may want to call the DMV office first and ask (or write and ask) what documents you need to send in order to have said records placed on the offenders driving record.

If they tell you "no" or won't, contact your Attorney General of that state (and ask him/her why they allow criminals the privilege of a driving license):
