Child Support and the Truth
I have seen a great deal of stupid stuff in court, most of which are people whom claim to love and care about their children, and yet, don't want to pay child support. They have issues with the amount and yet claim to care? You would think they would be proud to be providing...they sure claimed to be proud to be the parent. I have actually seen people in court, wondering why the money sent was not given to the child; swear to God I have seen it with my own two eyes. Its child support, not child trust fund...thats why. If it were left for a child to decide and control it (which WHO would let a child?), they would spend food money on baseball or pokemon cards....stupid. Unbelieveable Child Support is not 50/50 either. It is based upon incomes. Such as: If the mother makes $50,000. per year and the father makes $21,000. she is responsible for more of the finantial aspects of raising said child (or children), and vice versa. It does NOT go by how much the mothers new husband makes, or fathers new wife makes for they are NOT the parent of the children in question.
