This website provides detailed instructions on how to care for and clean peripherals. Quite often people think that hardware is somehow indestructible or should last forever. This site enlightens us as to how to prolong the life of our peripherals.

The DC Webwomen.com site provides valuable resources for women in business today. The website enables women to network, attend workshops, post resumes, and discover current events relating to women in business.

The above referenced site is useful for those interested in creating a server at home. This site is particularly useful to someone who has never set up a network.

Dummies.com has an informative page that explains the OSI model. It offers mnemonic devices to assist in remembering the various layers. The site does an excellent job of explaining OSI in layman's terms.

Infoweblinks.com provides links to educate oneself about features, models, manufacturers, etc. The site includes a 'Top Ten Printer Buyer’s Tips' section to help avoid common pitfalls and draw attention to some undisclosed cost issues that need to be considered prior to making a purchase.

Karbosguide.com lists and catalogs many publications realting to Hardware and software. This site allows the user to search an index to locate the article desired. The site also provides a dictionary of technology terms which proves very useful when you encounter an unknown term. The most useful aspect of the Karbosguide site is the extensive selection of guides to assist and educate the individual searching for help an any given topic.

This HTML site has been very valuable to me. This is my first attempt at HTML, and I was able to refer to this site repeatedly during site formatting. It will be a great asset as I further my coding skills.

Techsoup.com is an excellent site boasting a wealth of knowledge. Current events, featured products, message boards, how-to guides and free downloads are just a few of the many features you will find on this site. Techsoup also has a section for non-profits devoted to discounted technology products.
