Classroom Information
Dropping a Course (in accordance to school policy): Since I teach all honors classes, I expect a lot from my students. Honors courses are challenging and demanding. A lot of work is expected from the students. If a student can not handle the course load and wish to switch out, they must do so no later than Friday, October 8, 2004 if a student does not want it to show up on their report card or transcript. However, if a student switches out after then and before the end of the first marking period (Wednesday, November 10, 2004), it will show up as a 'Dr' or 'Drop' on their report card and transcript.
SPECIFIC REQUIRED MATH MATERIALS:
Many Pencils- All work must be done in pencil! Points will be lost on work that is not done in pencil!

Math binder
Notebook or Loose-leaf paper- Your final notebook evaluation will take place on Friday, April 30, 2004.
Textbook- Textbooks will be collected TBD (the first day after final exams).
RULES AND EXPECTATIONS:
Arrive to class on time!
Food is strictly prohibited from class. Water is allowed only in warm weather.
Pay attention and be on your best behavior!
Bring all necessary materials to class!
It is your responsibility to find out missed work; ASK for help!
Sit in your assigned seat!
Be respectful; Don't use foul language!
*Violation of any of these rules shall result in a after-school detention in the detention room in the office from 3:15 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Failure to report to detention without a legitimate excuse will result in a week of central detentions from 5:45 a.m. to 7:00 a.m.
