As stated in the "What is mole?" section, mole is a unit of measurement that was created to help measureing elements easier. To figure out how many grams a certain amount of moles of an element is, it is very simple.
A mole is 6.02 x 10ēģ molecules of any element. You can easily convert that to grams by looking at the periodic table. The atomic mass of any particular element is the amount in grams of 1 mole of that element. The following table shows examples:
