Leo Raiden is generally a nice guy-though a few anger management classes would probably do the man some good. In other words, Lion is known for his temper.Leo joins the Back Draft at an early age-when not much matters to him, he is quite joking and carefree. However, as Leo moved up through the ranks, his temper increases as more weight is put onto his shoulders. The only thing that saved the soldier was a certain rookie by the name of Ravi; how they became an ‘item’ is still worth questioning.
After an attack on the Back Draft base, the Count, General, and the top 15 soldiers were assassinated-and after a commander (Drake) declined the position, Leo was next in line. Deviously clever, and when needed, ruthless, Leo would have made a decent Count-if he had enough experience, and if he was not the youngest soldier in Back Draft history to become the Count.
With that hanging over his head, Leo is most definitely ‘touchy’, and is prone to sudden and unexpected bouts of rage. Having parted ways with Ravi-not by his choice, certainly-there’s nothing to hold Leo’s sanity-though the man is tying best he can.
Later, the BackDraft collapses due to both an internal and external attack from the ZBC, and Leo is forced to call a retreat and set his own base on fire. The guilt is almost overwhelming, and it doesn’t help that he has to stay in the apartment of a man who hates him—Spider. He is prone to sudden bouts of anger or depression, and his emotions can range from extreme to nonexistent.
