North Rim is very different from South Rim. The biggest dissimilarity is that it is not crowded with tourists. The Route 67 (between Jacob Lake and North Rim) is lined with tall pine-like trees. It is more of a place for retirees. The only accommodation in the North Rim is the Grand Canyon Lodge.
