Macaroni and Cheese


Ingredients

1 lb Macaroni Noodles (1.5 Lbs.)
24 Oz. English Cheddar Chees
10 Tbsp. Butter
6 Tbsp. Flour
2 Tbsp. Dry Mustard Powder
1 Tsp. Paprika
1/2 Cup Minced Onion
1 Bay Leaf
2 Tsp. Salt
6 Cups Milk
2 Eggs (Beaten)
2 Cups Japanese Bread Crumbs
1 Tsp. Hot Sauce

Method

1) Bring water to a boil and cook nooldes for seven minutes (until al-dente). Pour cold water over the noodles
2) Melt 6 Tbsp. Butter until foamy - low heat. Whisk 6 Tbsp. flour into butter - until dirty blonde.
3) Add dry mustard powder, paprika, onions, bay leaf, salt.
4) Slowly add 6 Cups milk. Bring to a boil stirring alot.
5) Take the beaten eggs, add hot sauce; and add some of the hot milk - and then add to the mixture.
6) Add 3/4 of the Cheese.
7) Take the mixture and add the cold noodles. Stir.
8) Top with remaining 1/4 of cheese.
9) Melt remaining butter and mix with bread crumbs. Place ontop of last layer of cheese.
10) Bake in oven (cover for first 1/2) at 350 degrees for 25 minutes, or until bubbling and browned.
11) Serve to greedy children
