Gnocchi


Ingredients

1 1 lb. Baking Potato
1 Egg
1 Cup Flour
3/4 lbs. Fresh Mozzarella
1 Order of Marinara

Method

1) Preheat oven to 450, bake potato for 1 hour, or microwave until done
2) Use ricer to mash potato - or whatever tools you have.
3) Once potato is mashed, add beaten eggs and flour.
4) On floured surface, roll into finger width rolls. Cut rolls into 3/4 inch pieces.
5) Meanwhile, make marinara.
6) Bring water to a boil and add noodles. When the float they are done.
7) Mix Marinara and mozzerella together until metled - add potato noodles.
8) Mix all together (Serves 3)
10) Serve to greedy children
