My observations were very helpful to me. I was fortunate enough to have been in three different settings, all totally different from each other. One was in my old school district, Wallington, which is a very suburban setting from k-12. Another was in Lodi, this was an elementary setting. I observed a 3rd grade class and learned about elementary education. My third observation was done in Bloomfield High School, which is more of an urban school district. This was interesing for me because I've never been in a school setting like this before. I followed a teacher's aide and worked with classified children, so I got a double helping of information here!!

• Learing never ends and as a teacher you have continuing education to learn more of a subject, be creative with it, and also become a team player with your staff and your students.
