Rule #9: Go out with an almost-as-popular varsity athlete.
Rule #11: Never forget that you're the queen!
Rule #12: Decide that you can and will be popular.
Rule #13: Be a prominent member of student council.
Rule #14: Be the best junior varsity cheerleader.
Rule #15: Join a secret society that humiliates younger girls.

Some of you may be wondering if this is a joke or not, and trust me this is no joke. YM actually told their readers to basically whore themselves and to conform to ridiculously low standards in the name of social climbing. Frankly, I would not be caught dead trying to humiliate younger girls on purpose, or for that matter cheerleading.
Frankly, some of these things are totally out of reach for many of the population, especially at HTHS. This is not a fair article nor should anyone listen to this bullcrap.
