based in New Jersey. The Council was formed to
improve, encourage, and advance figure skating in New Jersey. Through the cooperative
efforts of its member clubs, the Council presents an annual competition.

announcement. The prestigious Kern Trophy is
awarded during the competition. Each year the Council is also proud to
support deserving skaters through the Grace Moore Competitors Assistance
Scholarship Awards. |
