Conor's Run News:
2005's run was a great success with mother nature cooperating completely. Over 300 registrants took part in the run, which raised almost $14,000 for Twin to Twin Transfusion Syndrome research and education and assistance to families afflicted with the syndrome. See the results and pictures from this year's run.

Why Support Conor's Run?:
"After 20 years
on the front lines of the TTTS battle, I wish I could stand here
and say that couples carrying twins are guaranteed first, an opportunity
for an early diagnosis of their twin transfusion syndrome; and secondly,
an opportunity for high quality care and education, so that these
suffering babies will live...and live without handicaps...and
that their families will be happy. Ladies and gentlemen, this is not
the case - there is still too much
sadness.
No one would blame Bernadette and Dave Archibald, after their experience
with twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome, if they retreated and simply
gone on with the rest of their lives. No one would blame Mary Slaman-Forsythe,
after her experience with twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome, if
she retreated and simply went on with the rest of her life.
I salute the efforts of these people, and the support given by all
of you here at Conor's Run.....so families can live and be happy...(more)"
