kurt loder discovered r. stevie moore. he wouldn't admit it, now. nor remember. but rsm would later claim that as the gospel truth (among many other extravagant little whitelies, such as with one robert christgau).
kurt wrote for circus magazine, along with young cohort david fricke. rsm set up a nyc interview with them both, friday 8 sept 1978 (the same day that keith moon died!)
kurt and david went on to write glowing reviews of rsm records in trouser press.
rstevie has unsuccessfully tried to get back in touch for decades.
