If you haven’t heard already, Root Philosophy has a figure in the national magazine TEEN PEOPLE. They interviewed Bryan about being straightedge and the music scene etc. It’s pretty cool. Make sure it says “Summer Music Special” and has 50 Cent on the cover.

Hello everyone! We’re done with recording our new LP “Evidence of Presence.” We just have to make copies for all of you to have. Here are some pictures of us in the studio late into the night, funny stuff. Anyways, the date of our release party is probably some time in June so keep checking the show page for details.
We’d like to thank everyone that went to Summit to see us play. We’re sorry we only got to play three songs for you guys but everyone was being kicked out by ten o’ clock sharp; so we just had to go with it. Once again, we’re sorry about that.

No one knows this, but recording is a risky process. All four of us almost died of sleep deprivation and food poisoning from McDonalds. That aside, we're almost done with recording our new album. Check back for pictures and sound clips of what we've done so far. We don't have any shows planned but if you want to book us in the next month or so that'd be great.

And as we said before, we just keep writing new songs. In addition to these many shows we're playing, we're going into the hole to record something for everybody to be able to take home.

We RP would like to wish everyone Happy Holiday's and a Happy New Year. This winter although cold, did not slow the the creation of RP's music. At this moment, we are creating new material for the ears of everyone. Indeed the winter has taken its toll and pulled us down show wise but our minds are still moving fast.
Word is out, that Root Philosophy is playing "Jamnisty" for the CHS club "Amnesty International." Also our brother band Blue Star Drive will be joining us at the show. If those who were there last year, the show went off with a blast, so this year will be even better. As the time grows closer, more information will be posted at the "Shows" section of the website.
We finished mixing down our three songs and as we speak, the songs on MP3.com are awaiting approval. Feel free to download the two songs up now, and send us your questions, show requests, well damn near anything you please at RootPhilosophy1@aol.com. As always, we're waiting to see our loved ones together once again.

We have been for the past few weeks recording a few songs for our MP3.com, and CDs to buy at our shows. It will be a split CD with Blue Star Drive, or just RP as an EP, we're not sure but keep your eyes open.
As of now, RP is taking time recording and relaxing a bit, but it doesn't mean we won't be playing shows. If you'd wish to book RP for a show, feel free to email us at RootPhilosophy1@aol.com. We'll be looking forward playing and seeing the people we love most.. you.

Hey,
We've just finished recording 3 new songs of ours: Too Bright, Portal, and Foxhole. We did it ourselves so the sound quality isn’t gold (forgive us). They will probably be posted up here or at mp3.com in the future. Also, we have a show coming up on August 29th, email us (rootphilosophy1@aol.com) because the show isn’t public and we don’t know who we can and can’t bring people. But towards the end of September we’ll be playing in New York so you can check us out there. Until then...

After our old host, lotsui.net, has closed down, we've found a new host and home at web1000.com.
Hopefully this will keep working and all we have to do is update. Anyway, this summer has been filled with work and writing new material.
We'll be hitting everybody at the fall, maybe starting in New York... word down.
