Wacky Cake

Sift into ungreased 9x9 pan

• 1 & 1/2 c flour 1/2 teasp. salt
• 1 c sugar 1 teasp. salt
• 3 Tbsp. cocoa powder

Make 3 holes. Pour in 1 t. vanilla extract in one, 5 Tbsp. melted butter in the other, & 1 Tbsp of vinegar in the third. Pour 1 cup of water over all. Mix. Bake 350 degrees 35 min.

This is so moist you do not need icing however you can use any kind of icing that you choose. I do suggest that you try it first just as it is. It tastes like a brownie without the richness. You can also make cupcakes out of the just pour the batter into cup cake liners and bake.
