A Small Li'l Prayer
This is a prayer that goes out to John F. Kennedy Jr., Carolyn Bessette Kennedy, & Lauren Bessette. May they rest in peace forever. Also, another prayer goes out to the family & friends. May they find the strength & power to move on with their lives, yet never forget all of the memories & happiness that these 3 people have brought into their lives. |
No one will ever be able to forget the li'l boy who, on his 3rd birthday, stood tall and saluted to his own father's casket as it passed by. As John-John grew up he had grown in the hearts of many people from all around. Although he was famous, John was never one for wanting the spotlight and never wanted people to make a big deal over him. John was much like his father in many ways. "He had every gift but length of years." He had the looks, personality, charm, wife, etc. The death of John, his wife, and sister-in-law had affected so many people from all around. His life was just beginning in so many different ways when it all came to an end. Some say it's the Kennedy curse, but no matter what way you look at it, we, as Americans, have lost a great man. One, who like his father, will always remain in our hearts. Like one man said, "... He was more than a prince, more than the inheritor of a legacy, more than a little boy who saluted a casket and moved a nation to tears."
