Formed from a combination of Tru Skool Foundation and other Ill Crew Universal members in the summer of '96...legend has it the group was formed for the soul purpose of eliminating legendary netcee agitator ARMANI VERSACE...Several members stopped posting by late '96...in late '97, EC Killa tried to revive the spirit of TBH at his Lyricist's Domain site, but when that site ended, so did the last remnants of The Bouty Huntaz...

Originally formed at Davey's in early '98 as a sub-group within SYFR's (M)pire unit, they soon broke off as their own entity...realizing they were all MCing in real life a well as netceeing, they began to work offline based out of Atlanta (where the majority of the group lived...were the first net crew to translae scessfully to an offline group (ICU, Redline, and (M)pire all made offline moves, but those were more in a label capacity)...put out a group record,but soon after realized that keeping a large nation-wide rap group together was too hectic, and broke the group up, though most of the members remain close and continue to collaberate...

After the break-up of The Syndicate in Spring '97, members Jack Npier, 84E, and Villain Nova formed their own crew, ith each member rpesresenting an element...Napier was fire, 84E was air, and Villain Nova was earth...in '98, they added Hell Dwella as a 4th member, representing water...by this time Nova was already posting sporadically, and soon 84E and Dwella followed suit...Delta Elements stopped functioning as a unit by late '98...

Originally founded at Sethro's in October '96 by The Rose and G-HOe (who was really noted netcee antagonist Armani Versace doing a gansta parody) as a conscious insult to the bizarre net crew ALIEN NATION; the Folkstaz name came from a Bay Area gang G-HOe often referenced...after a few Mental Meltdown heads complained about the SBF's "Unification" collab being posted on their board, the FOLKSTAZ went into Meltdown to defend Sethro's against Meltdown's makeshift UHL crew...FOLKSTAZ lost, but maintained that this was due to home-board favoritism in voting...shortly thereafter FOLKSTAZ broke up...

Started by Andrew at the ICU Board sometime in '97...crew went dormant for a while, but was revived by FreeSteelo in late '97/early '98...he took it to Davey D's, where he recruited heavily and gained several new members...considered themselves more of a collective than a crew...by '99, several members had stopped posting regularly, and eventually the 1Army concept faded from the online scene...

Formed at Davey's in early '98 by SYFR and quickly grew...had aspirations of being an online/offline organization of MC's...a group of members who had formed a subgroup called The Continuum broke off in Spring of '98...in Fall of '98, the (M)pire migrated to Sethro's Board...set up their own website as well, and managed to put a compilation album together...by mid-'99, (M)pire was no longer functioning in a net crew capacity...

The Ol' Skool Set has the distinction of being the first known netcee crew...formed at Jamie's in the Fall of '95...engaged in first crew battle with The Trusteez...after Jamie's went under, most crew members migrated to Tha Landz' Mental Meltdown board...by the end of '96, enough members had gone offline that the crew stopped functioning...

Formed by Hell Dwella at the Hotlist, and came to Sethro's along with Dwella when The Rose recruited him to that board, and soon als began posting at Davey's...began entering crew battles at Mental Meltdown...after the downfallof FOLKSTAZ NATION, several members joined Dwella in Redline...after winning a few crew battles, Dwella challenged top net crew SOZ, but lost badly...when it was revealed that Dwela had been attempting to recruit anyone possible to join Redline before the battle, members DBS and Fard quit in disgust, Dwella became ostracized, and the group fell apart...Dwella returned in Fall '97, and the group went through a remarkable rebirth, ading several top battlers and becoming a force aain at Davey's and Verbal Vortex...though most members werofflie b mid-'98, Dwella morphed the net crew into a full-fledged indie label, as it still exists to this day...

Founded in September '95 at the suggestion of FAC, the SBF was the first net crew specifically tied to a rap board...The crew was created dude to the high sense of camaraderie among board posters...while the SBF spawned several offshoot factions, they never superceded the Family itself...on November 5, 1995, dropped a 19-man collab entitled "The Unification", the first collab of that size ever in netceeing...The SBF continued it's dominance at Sethro's unil '99, when several core members stopped netceing, and newer board posters began to consider the Family concept outdated...

Sons Of Zadok (SOZ)

Members Included: Sankofa, Spontaneous, Breeze, SubtaReign, hame, B-Smooth, R2G2, Apathy
Formed at Guillotine in late '95 by Sankofa, Spontaneous, hame, Breeze, and SubtaReign...also posted at Jamie's Crackhouse...after the collapse of both boards, the group spread out, with Breeze and Subta going with their OSS comrades to Tha Landz exclusively, while Sankofa and Spon also posted at both Sethro's and Davey D's, and hame went offline entirely...they soon were seen as the bes click online, the pinnacle of lyrical excellence...in November '96, they asked B-Smooth to replace hame as the fifth member, and a week later added R2G2...engaged in a legendar battle with upstart crew Redline in January '97, gaining a decisive victory...Apathy asked in and was added as a 7th member in early '97, but rarely repped afterwards...by summer '97, Breeze, SubtaReign, and R2G2 were all posting only sporadically...hame came back briefly that summer, but didn't stay for long...when Sankofa left for China at the end of that summer, the group effectively ceased existance...

Shortly after the dissolution of FOLKSTAZ NATION in late November '96, The Rose got together with Sethro's newcomers Jack Napier and DJ Knockout and formed a new crew, The Syndicate...The three began going all over the net, recruiting the best talent from all the boards to join the group...The Syndicate itself mainly stuck to Sethro's and Davey D's...by early '98 they were the second-most respected crew online after SOZ...they continued adding members until that Spring, when several members, unwilling to go along with The Rose's villain act at Davey's and no longer wanting to be associated with him, quit the group, and The Syndicate died out...

3I'z

3I'z was begun at Davey D's in Summer '96 by Pdub, Illone, and one member who's name I can't recall; they soon entered into battle with the growing ICU organization...By October a truce had been called, and around then the unknown third member disappeared...The Rose became a member around the same time...Pdub, Illone, and The Rose continued to rep the 3I'z name into the summer of '97, after which Pdub and Illone stopped posting regularly...

Tru Skool Foundation (TSF)

Formed around the end of '95 or beginning of '96, an interesting conglomeration of one Chicago MC (Infamous) and four Scandanavians...migrated through Davey's and Mental Meltdown after Jamie's ended...TSF formed the backbone of the larger Bouty Huntaz click in the Summer of '96...by late '96, most group members were no longer netceeing regularly...though TSF apparently continued to exist as an offline group of some sort until at least '98, by eary '97 their net crew days were over...

This makeshift group of Meltdown netcees formed in November '96...Barcode and BEAN had both gone into Sethro's to cause trouble after the SBF had postd "The Unification at Meltdown, and in response Sethro's FOLKSTAZ NATION crew invaded Meltdown...UHL was formed to battle them...UHL won the battle on votes, though they were the home team, so voting was more than likely biased...after the battle they broke up...
