Have you ever wondered what the sky would look at night? Now, you don't have to wait for the sun to go down to find out!
At the Bayonne High School Planetarium, 6,000 stars can be projected to simulate the night sky.
Every celestial object that you could see from Bayonne or other locations can accurately be displayed using our Spitz Planetarium Projector
The program is based on the curriculum of Harcourt texts used throughout the district. The courses are directed in preparing students for the GEPA and ESPA state testing programs.
The planetarium program covers topics such as:
The Sun and the Planets The Moon Asteroids, Comets, and Meteors Telescopes and Space Probes The Space Program Nebula, Star Clusters, and Galaxies |
Now, the mysteries of the universe are revealed using VHS, DVD, CD visuals, internet real-time imaging, slide and LCD projection, and Dolby Digital Sound.
