defensive-end. Kukcuka added 10 pounds to his frame and has also become a faster

minor injury) in the spring ... but has made a strong come-back. A smooth

12) Chris James Brick Memorial 6-1/190 QB – James threw for 1,528 yards and 16 scores in ’04. In
the past two seasons – James has accounted for 2,586 passing yards and is 16-7
as a starter. James is also a threat as a
runner where he will also tuck-it and make the defender miss. Strong and

6-0/180 DB – Nelms is one of the
areas best defensive-backs. With the blend of speed (4.4), smooth footwork and
transitions and size – Nelms has the tools to be a “top recruit”. In
’04, he picked-off two passes from his FS position and three more from his CB
spot for a total of five INT’s. Feels he
is one of the BEST CB’s the state of 18) Mark Longo Middletown South 6-1/195 Ath. – Longo may not be well-know yet … but this will
change in due time. A very fluid and quick player – Longo has the ability to
be one of the states top WR’s. He leaps high for the ball, utilizes his
well-built frame to adjust to the ball and is determined to come down with the
ball. On defense, Longo will line-up at CB where he will also utilize his 4.5
speed and his 38 inch vertical. He will get a lot of looks from top collegiate
coaches … 19) Kyle Quinn Holmdel 6-4/300 OLM/DLM – Quinn is hearing from the likes of Duke, 20) Scott Dotteriech Lacey Twp.
6-3/320 OLM – A massive OLM who has turned-up
his level of play. Dotteriech has trained hard this past off-season in attempt
to paving a way for brighter days for
coach Lou Vircillo’s Lions. Dotteriech is being closely looked at by various
Division I programs. 21) Brian Tiscia Marlboro 6-3 ½ /280 OLM – In the past Tiscia has been known as one of
the area’s top heavy-weight wrestlers … he wants to be known as the area’s
top Offensive-lineman! In ’04 – Tiscia dished-out 30 pancake blocks for the
Mustangs and has received interest from D1A and D1AA colleges including
Monmouth, Hofstra, 22) Joe Arneth Jackson
5-10/175 Ath.- Has super-soft hands and
elusiveness. Can play DB or WR at the next level! Has great balance and
hand-to-eye coordination. He hauled in
close to 40 passes for more than 500 yards in ’04. 23) 24) Bryce Carter Freehold Boro 6-4/320
OLM - Benches well over 300
pounds! Carter was invited to the ’04 Elite College Combine - but an injury
prohibited the recruit from attending ... a player who should make a better name
for himself this fall. Has good athleticism for a player his size … moves
well. 25) Thomas Ellis Long Branch
6-3.5/225 TE – Ellis has the talent and size to play for any
college in the country. A player with superb size – athleticism …good hands
… looks the ball in fairly well … should
only get better as the season progresses. 26) Joe Cella 27) Howard Barbieri Middletown
South 6-5/290 OLM/DLM - Barbieri is a
player who is on the rise. On a superb team and can easily add more mass to his
long and wide frame. Moves well for a player on the high school level … will
only get better as the season progresses. 28) Mike Roberto Rumson Fair Haven 5-11 /190 QB - In '04
– he passed for 1,750 yards and 24 td's (with a 61% completion rate). He
also rushed for 500 yards and 6 td's!
29) Matt Fitzpatrick Raritan
6-1/200 LB/FB - Powerful player who did well
at the Elite College Combine ... recorded better than a 9 foot broad-jump and
ran the 40 in the 4.6 range. Rushed for more than 1,300 yards in 2004. 30) Trent MacCray Middletown South 5-8/185 RB
- When McCray hits the field - he puts in work. Compliments 31) Jon Reggio Jackson 5-8/170 RB–
Reggio racked-up 1,333 yards on 265
carries in 2004. He utilized his shifty moves to get to the endzone 16 times
last season. 32) Ryan McGinness Howell
5-11.5/180 Athlete – McGinness is a player who has
displayed his talents as a runner, receiver and defensive-back. As a runner he
has good moves and shiftiness. As a defender – he likes to come up and punish
the runner as a defensive-back. McGinness
is also a good kick-returner who sets his blocks very well! A fundamentally

6-1/235 LB – Canaley is a player who roams the
field from side-line to side-line. Recorded more than 60 tackles and also posted
3 sacks for the Mustangs. Looks even more
impressive in 2005. 38) Shaun Gibbs Matawan 5-11/180 RB/DB – Gibbs has shared the reign at RB for the Huskies
over the past two seasons … this year the athlete may be able to shine solo.
Gibbs is a good runner who has quickness and vision. On defense, Gibbs is a good
defensive-back …the position I see him
playing at the collegiate level. 39) Robert Cheese 40) Rick Jaeger 41) Corey Wright 42) Nick Dura Middletown North
5-7/180 RB/DB - Dura rushed for 850 yards (2 TDS) in 7
games as a sophomore - and 1,623 yards (17 TDS) in 10 games as a junior. Has
superb quickness and balance … hits the hole in a hurry with good power. 43) Paul Lewis Long Branch 5-11.5/180 Ath. – Lewis has good speed, size
and athleticism. He can carry the ball as a RB or catch it as a receiver coming
out of the backfield. Younger brother of
former 44) Adam Mancino Wall 5-10/170 CB – Mancino is a good CB who was able to take six passes away from opposing offenses last season. Mancino has
good recovery speed and seems to place himself in the right spot at the right
time. 45) Eric Daneman
Middletown South 5-10/165 DB - Daneman was an ALL CONFERENCE selection in 2004. Has
good coverage ability and seems to find the ball better and faster than many
players. 46) Jared Brabham Long Branch 6-2/295
DLM – Brabham has excelled in '04 on
the field (more than 70 tackles, 7 sacks, 2 forced fumbles, 1 recovered and a
INT) and in the classroom (3.2 GPA Honors student). 47) Rick Corpron Pinelands 6-2/230
DLM/OLM - Corpron shined on the offensive
and defensive lines in 2004. Tough player who never takes a play off! Corpron
has the size to play on the line on the high school level – but projects more
as a linebacker for the collegiate level. 48) Matt Walsh 49)

Boro 6-2/260 DLM – A very athletic lineman … has been
starting for the Panther’s since his sophomore year … A VERY PHYSICAL

Brick Memorial 6-1/250 C/DLM – D’Amato is an impressive player who
shines on both sides of the ball. As a center he is one of the best around …
and will also showcase his talents of the defensive side of the ball. Miguel Encarnacion
Long Branch 5-7/160 CB – The Green Wave will rely on a nucleus
of veteran players and Encarnacion is a leader of the pack. A PURE-COVER CB, he
excels in stopping the pass and run. Picked-off
two passes in ’04 and three more in ’03. Ryan Gross Southern
Reg. 6-2.5/220 OLM/DLM – One of the top student-athletes
in the state of Nick Lucarelli Red
Bank Catholic 5-9/230 Kicker – Lucarelli lines-up at
center for the Caseys – but his kicking talents have placed him on this list. Strong
leg and effective technique. Kevin Keelan
Middletown North 5-11/180 QB/Ath - Only posted 3
catches for 60 yards and a score as a WR in ’04 ... but things will liven-up
in ’05. A former Mater Dei stand-out, Keelan will showcase PURE ATHLETICSM as
a QB and DB for the Lions. Andrew Mason
Red Bank Catholic 6-4/245 DLM/OLM – Mason is a long – rangy
player who utilizes his toughness on the defensive and offensive lines. Mason
has the frame to play various positions for the Caseys and at the collegiate
level. Amir Martin Freehold Twp. 5-8.5/190 RB/DB – Martin plays
with a combination of speed, strength and vision. Martin can turn a corner or
run over a defender as a runner and as a defensive-back – he excels with his
quickness and ability of play good-tight coverage on receivers. John Pizarro Keyport
6-2/270 OLM/DDLM – Pizarro will once again be a force for
the Red Raiders on both sides of the ball. He is a good-sized LM with the
ability to play any position on the line. Mike Purnell Keyport
5-9/170 RB/DB – Keyport will rely on the legs of
Purnell in ’05. He has a blend of speed and the ability to shift gears in a
hurry. Kenny Cattouse is now the starting TB at John Reach
Point Boro 6-2/250 LB – Reach is a BIG linebacker who
possesses the speed of some defensive-backs. He roams the field superbly with

Bank Regional 6-2/230 LB - Sullivan is receiving looks from
colleges after posting 51 tackles and 9 quarterback pressures in ’04. Has the
size and intensity to play for many of the nations D1A programs … he is out to
prove just that in ’05.
