This is kind of what it looks like when im making my website images, or images for anything. This here is an animation im working on. What I am using for this is Animation Shop from Jasc Software. You can get Paint Shop Pro that includes Animation Shop at www.jasc.com. You should find what you need, but if you cant email me il help ya out.
