I believe this save starts you at the very beginning of the game with Cloud at level 99 and all the Mastered Materia, his Ultimate Weapon, most items, and Level 4 Limit Break! All the other characters have a relatively high Level too.
As usual, the midis are from the cool guy Aaron Walz... Give him all the credit!
