There is a oragnized way to play Pokemon TCG online.
It's called Apprentice.
Below are directions on how to get what you need to play.
First step:
You are going to need a program called Apprentice, which was originaly designed for Magic: The
Gathering. Here is a link to the site it is,

Next:
You are going to need to get a patch .
Click Here
then replace the files in it the Apprentice with the files is the patch.
