WARM FUZZIES

We all know what it's like to feel the blues. Sometimes they become so debilitating for us that we become completely absorbed in them. Healing and Recovery is an often daunting and wearying period for us. We forget that there are colors in the world and sounds to sooth the soul. We forget there are scents to excite our minds and sights to remind of us the better things that wait for us. You have been there. I have been there. Which leads me to an important reminder to us all. It only takes a moment to send a note that may lift a spirit or touch a heart at a time when it particularly needed touching. And, of course, as we all know, random acts of kindness are often returned when we most need them ourselves.
