This is The Dragonball Shrine.

For those of you who don't know, the Dragonball storyline revolves around seven magical balls, when all are collected grant one wish. Most of you know that Gokou is the main character the series, who starts off as a very skilled little eight year old in a world of monsters and aliens. That's as simple as the storyline ever gets as Gokou meets a teen named Bulma who is in search of these seven magic balls. The first series stars Gokou and Bulma as they search for the Dragonballs, the second series (Dragonball Z) concentrated on a grown-up Gokou and was more action based with LOTS of fighting.
