Now that you know a little more about both of us, here's our love story! We met in a chatroom called The Park
in the Lounge. We started talking in march 1996 and all I remember about our first conversation is that it was stupid and funny!! :) We then began communicating almost everyday by email and we would chat on the net whenever we could. He was living in NJ and I was in Montreal. At the time, I (Chris) was going through a hard time in my life and Ray was always there to cheer me up or to give me words of encouragement. In the short time we chatted we became very close friends. In July 1996 we decided to meet, so Ray came to Canada for a week and we hit it off from the very first second. I actually felt like I had known him all my life. He was fun to be around, very lovable and so sweet! I didn't think anything of it until he left. When he left I found myself crying because I was missing him so. I knew then that this had to be more than friendship, so I decided to go in NJ for a trip in August 1996. We did some traveling back and forth for about 2 yrs and decided that I would go and live with him in NJ and that we would get married,...We got married June 20, 1998! That's when all the problems started!!! Immigration! All this to say that I was crazy enough to go through all this for the love of Ray and I would do it all again in a second! Ray and I have been through some tough times but the love I share with him and with the grace of God we pulled through! Ray is my best friend, my angel, my love and my strength.
