2023 starts off with the handsome Layla/Jagger son, Sherjak's Take It To The MAX obtaining his Preferred Agility Champion title (PACH). Handsome Max is owned and trained by Janet Brav.

Finishing her Champion title on 9/30/23 is our beautiful little redhead, Lucy (Ch. Pasun's Lucy The Valiant Sherjak.

Finishing her Champion title in Feb. is our pretty little Joy (Ch. Sherjak's Blythe Spirit). Joy is sired by Ch. Delyteful 'N Flinters Cascade Gold out of our top producing girl, Sherjak's Sheer Bliss, DOM. Joy is own and handled by Tracy Sengupta.

Also finishing her Champion title is Ch. Sherjak's Mia Greiner. Mia has been a crowd favorite in the ring and her outstanding movement is a joy to watch. Mia is by Milo and Miss Meghan and is owned and handled by her owner Tara Greiner.

Sherjack's Zippin Along finished his C-ATCH (CPE AGILITY CHAMPIONSHIP) on 8/28/22. Handsome Zip is owned by Janine Tash and is out of Apple and Milo. He's an amazing little fellow and we see a MACH in his future!

Our beautiful new import puppy, VINNY (Diamondsun's Vagabond), won points at his very first show! We are excited about his future. Vinny is clear of PRA, NAD, VWD and Factor VII. He will obtain his CHIC number as soon as he reaches 1 year of age.

NAJ GCH CH Sherjak's Music To My Ears NAJ CGCU TKN FITB was shown to an exciting OH GROUP 1!! This is an amazing accomplishment by his owner/handler Cris Talbot. We are so proud of their accomplishments. Of course Louie is PRA/NAD/VWD and Factor VII clear and his CHIC Number is 166429.

Another Owner/handled Champion is the beautiful Sherjak's Michaela's Calling At Pasuns (Mickie) piloted to her Champion title by Donna Bradley. Beautiful Mickie is a Miss Meghan daughter sired by Milo.

Caspian (GCh. Sherjak's Reepicheep Sails East) continues to amaze us with his beauty, his intelligence and his athletic ability. Already a Grand Champion, Caspian has several Trick Dog Titles and is now working on Agility, Flyball and Scent Work. I am in awe of his wonderful owner, Jennifer Wells.

We are thrilled to have entire litters obtaining their Champion titles. The first one is the gorgeous Niko (Ch. Sherjak's I Gots Charisma) owned by Roma Tesch. Joining the spotlight with him is his gorgeous sister Maddison (GCh. Honeykyst Getchya Summa That Sherjak) owned by us. Niko and Maddie are out of Miss Meghan and are sired by Milo.

Then we have the exciting combination of Amelia and Milo producing Ch. Sherjak's Music To My Ears (Louie) who is owned by George & Cris Talbot and the lovely Ch. Sherjak's On A Clear Day (Scarlet) owned by Ronnie Bradbury.

Another beauty to join the world of show winners is our adorable BJ/Jagger daughter owned by Robert Mairunteregger and Martin Amado: Sherjak's Roma Round The World. Roma lacks just 3 points to finish her Champion title.

Our own Cara (Sherjak's Crafted With Care) lacks just 3 points for her Champion title and we hope to have her back on the show circuit very soon. Cara is by Amelia and Milo.

We are so proud of Hayden Braun's accomplishments with his first Papillon, Sherjak's Vintage Vivian At Hallmark (Pipi), NA, NAJ, OA, OAJ, SIN, SEN, SCN, TKN, TKI. Haden is training this lovely Peggy/Mateo daughter and competing in Junior Handling Conformation as well as doing all the training and exhibiting in Scent Work. What an amazing accomplishment for this young team!

The latest to finish is our gorgeous Russian import, Ch. Houm Tet-A-Tet Maestro! "Milo" came over in July of 2018, learned the English language and hit the show rings with our handler. Except for one reserve win, he would have attained his Champion title undefeated. We are so proud of him.

Ch. Sherjak's Zoey is the first show dog for owner Melanie Lobato. We are so proud of their teamwork and look forward to seeing what she produces in the future as Melanie builds a breeding program around her. Zoey is a Halo daughter sired by Jagger.

One of our 2018 Champions is our lovely Star Puppy (Ch. Sherjak's Eyes Wide Open). Star Puppy won her Champion title in less than a month. She is of course free of PRA and NAD, and once she passes the requirements for a CHIC Title, she will enter our breeding program and will be bred in late 2018. Star is a Lindy daughter sired by Mateo.

Going out now that Star Puppy is finished, is our adorable Bliss daughter, Mia (Sherjak's Jamaican Me Crazy). Mia has been shown, and is pointed towards her Champion title, but needed to come home and mature a little before going back out. Mia will be back on the show circuit in June.

December, 2017 has been such an exciting month for us. We are proud to announce two new Champions, a new CDX, a new Dam of Merit and a Sire of Merit.

We were very proud to hear that the handsome Buzz (Sherjak Stings Like A Bee) owned by Kathy Keller has obtained his CDX title! Congrats to Kathy for a job well done. It takes a great deal of patience, dedication and careful training to get to this level in Obedience. We are so proud of this team!

The most recent winner to acquire her Champion title is the beautiful CH. Sherjak's Mid-Winter Magic owned by Victoria and Gordon Romney and handled to her title by Polly LaMarine. Miss Millie (as we call her) is here with us now and will be bred to a magnificent Champion in January and we will hopefully have March puppies to brag about!

Finishing just before Miss Millie, Ch. Sherjak's Essence Within (Meghan) finished at 12 months of age by going Best Of Breed over Champions! What an exciting finish for our beautiful redhead. Our deepest thanks to her wonderful handler, Jennifer Manders. Meghan will now have all of her breeding tests submitted and will enter our breeding program in 2018. Meghan is a daughter of Bliss and Jagger.

And with the completion of the Champion titles for Miss Millie and Meghan, their incredible dam, Sherjak's Sheer Bliss, DOM, and their sire, Sherjak's Over The Moon, OM have met the requirements to be awarded the coveted Dam of Merit and Sire of Merit titles. This is a dream come true for us - the most important title there is for any breeder to receive!

This is Ch. Sherjak's Apparition, the newest Champion from our breeding program. "Cory" is owned by Bob and Terrie Jabour and is their very first show dog. We are honored that they chose us to build a breeding program from. Cory is a Lindy son out of our magnificent Jagger.

Here's a fellow that just keeps racking up the titles. This is Sherjak's Just In Case, MX, MXJ and OF. Casey owned by Peter and Janet Brav and is on his way to a MACH title. We are so excited to hear about this boy's accomplishnmments. Casey is by Emme out of our Miles. And to add to the excitment - he is the cover dog for Peter's Book "Zappy I'm Not". Finished in May, 2017 is the very handsome Ch. Sherjak's Incroyable Henri owned by Tara Stewart. Henri was beautifully presented in the ring by Gia Garafalo. He is a litter brother to our beautiful redhead, Gina.

Just finished, March 30th, 2017, is the super exciting Teddy (Ch. Sherjak's Hot Summer Night at Heise). Teddy finished at 11 months of age from the puppy class. Quite an accomplishment as he was being exhibited against other much more mature dogs. Teddy is a Bliss son out of Jagger - the same breeding that has given us Lisa, Amelia, and Meghan! He is owned by Lydia Heise.

And right behind Teddy, just needing a major to finish is the super showman, Cory, Sherjak's Apparition, owned by Bob and Terry Jabour. Cory is the Jabour's first show dog and we hope they will have many more as they take part in this exciting sport. Cory is a Lindy son by Jagger.

And neck-in-neck with Cory is our own beautil AMELIA! Amelia came back from a near-death experience in August 2016 when she contracted Canine Influenza while out on the show circuit. We are very lucky indeed that she survived. As a tribute to her beautiful sister, Lisa, who did not survive, we decided to allow Amelia to return to the show ring to obtain her Champion title. She is well on her way to that achievement. Amelia is also out of Bliss and Jagger.

Sherjak's Ch. Pieridae Mercer's Shining Star

I was quite impessed with Zip as a puppy when, by 12 months of age, he completed the requirements for his American Champion title and had amassed 8 of the required 10 points for his Canadian Champion title! At that time, he had 16 American Best of Breed wins, 1 Group 3 win, 2 Group 4 wins and several Best Puppy and Puppy Group wins. In Canada he had 4 Best of Breed wins and a Group 2 win. An incredible accomplishment for a 12 month old puppy!

Well, he rested on his laurels (i.e., on the sofa) for a year and then Polly called and wanted to take him back to Canada in August to get those darn two last points for his Canadian Champion title. And finish he did. By stunning everyone and gaiting his way to BEST IN SHOW!

These wonderful dogs have allowed me to accomplish everything I ever wanted to do in this hobby. My first goal was of course to finish a Champion. Then to be the breeder of a Champion. Then to own a Sire/Dam of Merit. Then to breed a Sire/Dam of Merit. After accomplishing all that, I thought I was done. Never in my wildest dreams did I even dare to hope for a Best In Show win. I am so grateful. I am grateful to Zip's breeder, Robin Mercer, who allowed me to purchase him. I'm grateful to my wonderful co-owner, Karen Simicsak, who has always been behind Zip 100%; my husband, Jim, who is "Simply the BEST"; Zip's fantastic Handler, Polly Lamarine, John Conrad who guided me to become an exhibitor and breeder over 40 years ago, and to God - I am so blessed!
