I went fishing around the beginning of September, and caught a 21 inch carp, on earth worm. I cleaned the carp and sliced two tomatoes, and added vegetable oil in a roasting pan. I cooked it in the oven on bake at 350 degrees; for one hour. The fish was tender, and the tomatoes added flaver to it. Carp can also be steamed. Boil a large pot of water, and put a cleaned carp in it. Cook for about an hour then put carp on a large plate. You can pour hot oil on top of the fish and then chopped scallions, for flaver.
