Start researching wedding professionals.TEN to EIGHT MONTHS BEFORE:
Select your bridal party.
Hire consultant, caterer, photographer, videographer, florist, musicians.
Scan magazines and books for gowns, attendants' attire, and reception ideas.
Begin your dress shopping.
Register for gifts.
Meet with officiant to determine ceremony style and content.
Plan accommodations for out-of-town guests.
Look into honeymoon destination.SEVEN to SIX MONTHS BEFORE:
Order your gown, and headpiece
Order bridesmaids' dresses.
Arrange wedding-day transportation.
Finalize guest list.
Shop for shoes, lingerie, jewelry, etc.
Order invitation and other stationery.FIVE to THREE MONTHS BEFORE:
Have mothers choose their dresses.
Coordinate groomsmen's and father's attire.
Select favors.
Book your honeymoon.
Choose your rings, and have engraving done.
Make hair appt for wedding day.
Meet and Finalize floral arrangements.
Plan menu with caterer.
Address, stamp AND mail invitations
Purchase clothing for wedding night and honeymoon.TWO to ONE MONTH BEFORE:
Order cake and any other pasteries.
Write your vows (if you're doing your own).
Purchase gift's for attendants.
Get final dreess fittings.
Go over song requests wth DJ.
Arrange rehersal dinner.
Have practice hair do appt. and make-up (if somebody is doing it for you)THREE to ONE WEEKS BEFORE
Call guests who have not yet responded.
Apply for marriage license.
Plan seating arrangements.
Write out place cards.
Host bridesmaids luncheon.
Confirm honeymoon and all other arrangements.ONE DAY!!
Get manicure and pedicure (you deserve it!)
Attend rehersal and rehersal dinner and have FUN!!!
Get a good night's sleep.THE DAY!!!
Eat a good breakfast.
Give yourself plenty of time to get ready.
