RELAXATION WITH COLORS

In our Self Hypnosis and Meditation / Psychic Development classes, we train students to visualize the following colors in various forms, such as flowers and plants, painted forms, or pools of colored water. If you would like to get the feeling of color relaxation, spend about 10 seconds watching and focusing on each color in turn from left to right. Move your mouse over the following words to change the color of the background:

Red  Orange  Yellow  Green  Blue  Indigo  Violet 

When you have finished, allow your eyes to close and simply relax for several minutes. When you feel it's time to return to normal, waking consciousness, take in a slow, deep breath and as you breathe out open your eyes and say "Wide Awake," and be wide awake.
