St. Charles Carnival has always been known for it's great food and this year will be no exception.  This year our fabulous Food Tent will feature nightly delectables consisting of:


Monday: Hot Roast Beef and Roast Pork Sandwiches. Tender strips of beef and pork slowly simmered au jus and served on a freshly baked roll.

Tuesday: Baked Ziti. From our famous Italian kitchen, penne pasta with mozzarella and ricotta cheeses. Leave your diet at home!

Wednesday: Polly in a Cracker. Actually chicken breast in a mandarin sauce served in a crispy taco shell. (We wouldn't harm a feather on ol' Polly's head)

Thursday: Keilbasa and pierogis. Step aside Italians! Our Polish chefs serve it up special. Anyone heard of Emeril LaGasski?

Friday: Soup and Fish. Our popular favorite for the Friday night crowd. Clam Chowder prepared by our friendly chefs at Merion Caterers and  Maryland Crab Cakes.

Saturday: Chef's Special. You'll have to show up to Find out!!!!


Our Food Tent also carries a full menu of cheesesteaks, hamburgers, sausage and meatball sandwiches, french fries, and on and on. Reasonably priced and served cheerfully.

As usually we will continue to serve snacks along the Midway. Try a Panzarotti or some Pizza made fresh every day. This year we also feature shish kabob, sheesh k', let's just call it meat on a stick, barbecued on site! For dessert try some Funnel Cake or Waffles and Ice Cream. This year we also feature frozen Fruit bars as well as homemade scooped ice cream and water ice from Lollipops and Ice cream.

Of course soda will be flowing wherever you are on the Midway. So come hungry, and enjoy!!!
