"I LOVE IT"
L. Tillsley
Hello, and thank you for stopping by "I LOVE IT". Anyway, we are in the last three weeks the spring semester. And soon I will be a senior at the lovely and exciting
Mt. Holyoke College,
which is located in western Mass. I originally attended
Gettysburg College
in central Pennsylvania. I left cause it stank, talk about boring, yeah um, hi, I like to visit the civil war battlefields for fun. Um, I think not!! But in any event, no I am happy and for fun I spend a titch of my free-time just chillin' and playin' with my computer. I think that they are wonderful, I am not a geeky-girl-comp-lover. At this point I will major in English and minor in Philosophy. All is good in Mass, if you are ever in the South Hadley area you should come and check out the Mt. Holyoke campus, it is beautiful.
When not at school I live with my parents in a small bedroom community of Manhattan named
Franklin Lakes,
which is located in northern Jersey. I have an older sister who currently resides in Spain. She recently got married and works as a shoe and hand-bag designer in Alicante. My parents are both educators employed by the Paterson B.O.E. My mom teaches lil' kiddies in the first and second grade while my dad is a school psychologist. Upon completion of college I would like to open my own business-- any ideas, feel free to email me..., maybe law school, a job, who really knows...
Things That Captivate My Interests Are:
the Indigo Girls
Ani DiFranco
Travel
Republican Politics
National Org. for Women
The Indigo Girls are an excellent, high energy, acoustic, folk duo. Their performances are great and albums award winning. The "Girls" live and are based out of Atlanta. They started playing together in high school then each graduated and attended diffenent colleges. Emily went to Tulane, and Amy to Vanderbilt. Missing their home, they both returned to Atlanta and enrolled at
Emory University.
Not long after graduation, the "Girls" were signed to Epic and released their self titled album: Indigo Girls, for which they later won a Grammy Award. Ever since, they have been strummin' and making music. Can I get a "Rankin' with a Dank"?!

Ani Difranco performs in a more dramatic sphere. Contained within her lyrics is truth and she also holds nothing back. She addresses many "hush, hush" topics in her songs and poetry. She resides in upstate New York with her new husband.
