Hi! As far as I know, these are all my own patterns. Feel free to use them all. I hope you will enjoy them as much as I have, and will click on a good midi to listen to while you work.

This first pattern will give your crocheting muscles a good work out. It's one that doesn't require much concentration, so you can enjoy conversation or watch TV while you work. Or sing along to one of the midis!

Bird Line

SCARF
Materials: 1 skein 4-ply worsted
Crochet hook : size G or J
ROW 1: Make a chain as long as you want your scarf to be. Turn.
ROW 2: Sc in second ch from hook and in each across. Ch1. Turn.
ROW 3: Sc in first sc and in each across. Ch1. Turn.
ROWS 4-END: Repeat ROW 3 until scarf measures the width you desire. Fasten off.


Bird Line

AFGHAN
Materials: 15 skeins 4-ply worsted yarn
Crochet hook: size G
ROW 1: Ch 307. Turn.
ROW 2: Sk first ch, sc in next ch and in each across. Ch1. Turn.
ROW 3: Working in back loop only, Sc in first 2 sc. *Skip 1 sc. Sc in next 11 sc. 3sc in next sc. Sc in next 11 sc. Repeat from * across ending with skip 1 sc, sc in last 2sc. Ch1. Turn.
ROWS 4-END: Repeat ROW 3 until afghan measures desired length.
FINISHING: Slip stitch up both sides.

Bird Line

BELL EARRINGS
Materials: Knit Cro Sheen
Crochet hook: size 7
Ch 3. Join to form a ring.
ROW 1: 5 sc in ring. Join to first sc.
ROW 2: 2 sc in joining, 2 sc in each sc remaining. Join to first sc. (10 sc)
ROW 3: Ch 2, dc in joining and in each sc around. (10 dc)
ROW 4: Dc in joining. 1 dc in each dc around. (10 dc)
ROW 5: Pass joining. *sc in next dc; shell in next dc. (shell=2 hdc, ch1, 2 hdc) Repeat from * around. Join to first sc.
Fasten off. Lightly stuff with fiberfill.
CLANGER
ROW 1: Ch 7. Turn.
ROW 2: Sc in each ch across. (6 sc) Ch 1. Turn.
ROW 3: Sc in each sc across. (6 sc) Ch 1. Turn.
ROW 4: Continue in pattern until square. (About 6 rows) Gather edges into ball. Fasten off. Lightly stuff with fiberfill. Sew to bell.

SCARF of Shells
Materials: 1-2 skeins 4-ply worsted yarn
Crochet hook: size G
ROW 1: Chain as long as desired length of scarf, ending in an odd number.
ROW 2: Sc in second ch from hook. Sc in each across. Ch3. Turn.
ROW 3: *Skip 2 stitches. In next stitch, make: 1sc, ch2, 3dc. (this makes the shell) Repeat from * across. Ch3. Turn.
ROW 4: *Sc, ch2, 3dc all under ch2 of shell; Repeat from * across, ending with sc in top of turning ch.
ROW 5-end: Repeat ROW 4 until desired width. Fasten off.

TODDLER MITTENS - No thumbs!
Materials: 1-2 skeins 4-ply yarn
Crochet hook: size G
ROW 1: Chain 29.
ROW 2: Sc in second ch from hook and in each across. Ch 1. Turn.
ROW 3: Sc in back loops only in first sc and each across. Ch 1. Turn.
ROW 4-28: Repeat row 3. ROW 29: Fold work in half and stitch together through top of last row of sc and bottom ch of first row.Break off.
   Pick one open end and weave strand of yarn in and out of turning ch 1 stitch of all 28 rows. Draw up together and fasten off to close the top end of the mitten.
   WRIST TIES: Make two.
Make a chain about 18" long. Turn. Sl stitch in each ch across. Fasten off. Count up to the fifth sc from the open end of each mitten and weave the ties in and out of every other row to tie a bow around the wrist.
ATTATCH TOGETHER: Make another tie as long as needed to reach the length of both arms, chest and around the back of the child. Attatch a mitten to either end.
