Association Committees

Committee Descriptions

Architectural Control Committee

Chairperson -

As per the Master Deed and amendment of By Laws, has the responsibility to approve all changes to the common or limited common elements, whether they are to the building or the grounds. (For example the approval of outside plantings.)

Buildings and Grounds

Chairman -

Has the responsibility to oversee and recommend contracts for landscape, snow, maintenance as well as make recomendations to the Board of Directors items that need to be accomplished for betterment of the Association in relations to Buildings or Grounds.

Communications Committee

Chairperson -

Is responsible for communications with the homeowners of the Association including, but not limited to, the Newsletter.

Covenants Committee

-

Chairperson - vacant

This committee, as per the Master Deed, is responsible to uphold the rules and regulations of the Association and also hears problems between owners. This is required by the State of New Jersey and by its nature is the court of the Association.

Finance Committee

-

Acting Chairperson - Theodore J. Krisanda

The finance committee is responsible for the management of the Association's Funds by approving monthly financial statements. It also recommends the annual budget, any special assessments and any investment strategies to the Board of Directors for approval. It oversees any changes to budget and the Association finances.
