Who would think that so many people would show up for an end-of-the-radio-station bash??? Tickets for this show sold out in only two hours!!!! Philly's own G. Love and Special Sauce and the Fun Lovin' Criminals were there to play and drink with the dj's and audience. The show was at the Electric Factory - yes, that's where That Marilyn Manson Clip that MTV keeps playing is at. NEway, it started at 7 PM, and ran until midnight, when a lucky (well, not-so-lucky) listener pulled the plug on the station and started the two hours of complete silence on frequency 103.9. The show was great, though...Preston emceed (or however you spell that) tha show, and since they were all losing their jobs anyway, there was no FCC censorship shit. It was soo cool!!! I wish I was there, but I had a fucking flute lesson that night!!!! *grrrrrr* They let loose all their stuff, and even Sarah ran across the stage naked...hehehe...at the end, the whole staff was introduced, and then - complete static after they counted down the final thirty seconds. *sob sob* I miss DRE!!!!!!!!!!
