In the ghettos of Chicago, people gather to watch their finest street-fighters do battle, and do a little gambling on the side.
1983, a small child is dropped on the doorstep of a newly immigrated indian family. Believing they would be cursed if they didn't, they took the small child in and made it their own. This child grew to become "Evil Eye" They had many odd, perhaps, outlandish beliefs.
Evil eye's father possessed many relics of their homeland. A small statuette of Vishnu, another pewter statuette of Ganesh and a bronzed Hawk Eye said to increase strength, but decrease luck. This hawk eye was kept in a box in E.E.'s father's sock drawer. Evil Eye was told to never touch it, for it was evil. All of Evil Eye's friends thought his parents were weird, and eventually, Evil Eye took to the same beliefs, so, he ran away from home. But not before taking the Hawk eye from his father. After he did this, he fought in the Ghettos of Chicago in Q.I.S.A. (Quite Illegal Streetfighting Alliance). His strength was unlike anyother's, destroying people 5 times his size, but his luck was horrible, and in strange freak accidents, Evil Eye lost every time. Now a member of WAW, after being recruited by Bing Boblem, Evil Eye still keeps his father's relic by his side, insisting that his luck shall some day change. We'll see... Stats
