After much deliberation,
I have decided to keep back one fantastic female from the Zahra/Rogue litter.
She has a beautiful clean red colour.
Say hello to 'Velirafs Carved in Stone' other wise known as Mica. Mica is known as the crazy woman of the bunch. She had a VERY busy puppyhood, and managed to get herself into TONS of trouble!!! Mica is one of those dogs who is either incredibly smart or amazingly stupid!!!! We have yet to figure out which one it is, but in spite of that she is a very fun dog
She loves to do my chores with me and is the best behaved dog in the barn. She would love to go and chase the cows, but for now has settled for giving them licks on their noses. Mica is bi-laterally hearing and is phenotypically clear of PRA as of May 2001. Her CERF number is ACD-1516. Mica turned two on February 19th, 2002. We have recieved OFA's(Orthopedic Foundation For Animals Inc.) evaluation back of Mica's hips and elbows and they are as follows- Hips- ACD-1623G24F-PI - Good. Elbows- ACD-EL137F24-PI - Normal. Needless to say we are pleased with the results.
These are pictures of Mica at 17 months of age, she really loves to show herself off, and poses extremely well for the camera!! We're hoping to have her out to a few shows in the next couple of months.
