Manch-Vegas Panhandling

This is my Manch-Vegas panhandling picture. Matt and I decided that all good cities have two things:
a skyline, and panhandlers. It occured to us that Manch-Vegas had neither. We decided to
bring the city up to code.
We were making good money until the police showed up. Oh, and Matt's hat is a joke,
some of you out there probably think that Matt's hat is cool, well it isn't cool, it's just not cool.
So, if anyone ever asks you if Manch-Vegas is a city, say no, but there are two guys out in
front of PJ O'Sulliven's and they're working on it.
