Sept. Monthly Band Feature: Sunny Day Real Estate
|
Tag's Musical Note
|
How can you go wrong with a band that puts Weeble People in tragic real life situations?
You can't. Imagine a punk band from Washington that sounds more
like an emo band from the English Isles.
Pick up any of their four albums. The sound is going to be something that you wouldn't
expect, but you won't be dissapointed.

FALL IS NEW ALBUMS
If it seems like every rock act out there is
trying to get an album out before the end
of the year, you're not imagining things.
It's time for the pre-holiday record push.
You know what that means don't you? Time to
save paychecks and load up on new tunes.
I reccommend that you pick up the soon to be released discs from Green Day, Sprung Monkey, Blink182 (live),
Maraliyn Manson, and Sunny Day Real Estate.
I reccommend that you avoid the new Christina Agulara, and Limp Bisket discs.
I don't think that I can stress that enough.
Anyway you cut it, it's time to buy stock in
earplugs and crank some righteous rhythem until
the old ladies on the block just can't take it anymore.
