The Twins were born in August,1970 or 1971 to Ruth Hay. They were named Dawn Ann and Donna Lee Hay at birth. They Lived in foster care with the adoptive parents for approx. 2 years and would have been adopted in April of 1973/1974. They are of mixed race. They were adopted by an African- American couple. They were raised Catholic or it was said that they would be. The adoptive mother might have been named Betty with the last name McCoy. The adoptive parents were much older and had a married son with with children of his own. I was told by the caseworker that Mr. McCoy died in the late 1970's, shortly after they were adopted. The case worker was a tall slender white woman with long dark hair, named Lynn Healy. This has bothered her every day sense she gave them up. she is getting on in age and wants to find them before she passes away. I want to help my grandmother fill this empty whole in her heart.
