I was born Bruce Dwayne Smith on 10/21/1968 to Barbara Smith from Brunswick, Maine. I was born at Central Maine General Hospital, now Central Maine Medical Center. My birth mother was 15 when I was born. There is not listing on my original birth certificate of a father's name. I am looking for any siblings and name of my birth father.
