On the birth certificate that I have in hand it states the following:
Born on March 14, 1968 at 5:59 am at Mary Fletcher Hospital,
Burlington, Vermont
I had medical problems when I was born. My legs were in casts for the
first year of my birth - I think if I remember correctly my legs were
broke or weren't strait when I was born. After being in casts, I was
then in braces at night. I don't remember any of that. I just remember
finding an old cast and asked my adoptive mom what it was from. I've
had a trick knee ever since. I also had an operation on my neck as a
result of a growth that almost caused my death at only 6 weeks old.
I have blue eyes and blonde hair.
