I know my original birth cert. read Baby Woodward,my DOB. 4/13/1967 My adoptive parents lived in Tewksbery Ma.@ the time of adoption. They took me home from the hosp. when I was between 3-7 days old.I was told the hosp. was in Portland Me. UPDATE I would like to add that after further digging I found that my birth mother's name is Kathleen Woodward (1967). She attended Sanford Hight and was a junior in 1966. The lawyer's name was Ralph Ross. I was born in the Osteopathic Hospital in Portland, ME. |
