Pork Chops in Mushroom Gravy

Ingredients

1 cup dried mushrooms 6 porkchops 1 beef bullion cube
2 cups water 1/2 tsp. Salt 1/2 cup lt. Cream
1/2 cup dried onion 1/4 tsp. Pepper 2 tbsp. Water
1/4 tsp. Thyme 1 tbsp. flour .

Put mushrooms and onion in bowl and cover with 2 cups boiling water.
Cover and let stand 1 hour. Season pork chops with pepper, salt, and thyme.
Brown pork chops in skillet. Remove them from skillet.
Put mushroom, onion and water mix in skillet.
Add beef cube, stir. Place chops on top, cover and simmer about 1 1/2 hours.
Remove pork chops and place where they can be kept warm.
Stir cream into mushroom liquid in skillet.
Combine flour and remaining 2 tbsp. water.
Add to hot liquid and cook over medium heat until slightly thickened.
Serve over pork chops.
